I am honored that you have invited me to your ministry engagement, however I will need to allow you to know that I will not be able to make all requests.  I am under a wonderful leader/shepherd and will be in advisement of her direction for any and all ministerial requests.  If I am able to attend your function, upon my acceptance, I will need a written confirmation two weeks prior to any event.

I do not have a set honorarium, but would pray that you seek the Lord  and bless the laborer for time spent preparing to make your occasion a success.  I don't seek glory nor fame, but want to do the will of the Lord, that what I do is honorable, pleasing and acceptable in His eyesight.

If traveling is needed out of my hometown, I ask that you make sure that lodging and travel arrangements are provided by your ministry, unless otherwise agreed upon.
